1999 Canonbah
Bridge Reserve Sparkling Chardonnay / Pinot Noir / Pinot Meunier
The 99 Vintage Bubbles is the perfect aperitif. It is made from
the classic sparkling wine grapes - chardinnay, pinot noir,
and pinot meunier, sourced from Orange and the Pyrenees districts.
It shows toast and tropical fruits on the nose and citrus fruits
on the palate. It has a creamy mouth-feel and lingering, clean
finish.
1999 Canonbah

The fruit for this wine is sourced from McLaren Vale. It shows
pepper and sweet raspberry fruit on the nose and vanilla characters
extracted from time in new French Oak. A burst of ripe fruit
in the mouth is supported by peppery tannins and a savoury,
lasting finish.
2000 Canonbah
Bridge Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Canonbah Bridge Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2000 has has delicate
lanolin, mineral and floral lift to the nose. It is tight, crisp
and delicately flavoured on the palate. Overall it is an extremely
versatile wine that would suit just about any event.

Bridge Semillon
Lime, cut grass and floral aromas greet the senses. The taste
is crisp, linear in structure, and leaves a honey and toast
impression from bottle development on the finish.
2000 Canonbah
Bridge Shiraz Grenache Mourvedre
Spice, stewed plum and pepper aromas lead to a juicy palate
that is held together by spicy, soft tannins and dry finish.

berry nose with background hints of oak. A juicy, plummy taste
is complemented by soft, powdery tannins that leave a licorice
